Ingredients:  Arnica Montana Flowers, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Olea europaea (Olive Oil),  Cocos nucifera (Virgin Coconut Oil),  Punica Granatum (Pomegranate) Seed Oil, Black Spruce, Wintergreen, Blue Tansy, German Chamomile, Marjoram, Helichrysum, Peppermint, Tea Tree, Pepper, Tapioca Starch, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract.

Do not apply to broken skin or open wounds. Do not use if you are sensitive or allergic to aspirin.  Discontinue use if signs of irritation appear.
