Apis is the scientific term for honey, while Mellifera specifies the type of European honey bees. It emits a pleasant scent of honey and hay.

Beeswax absolute is used as a base note and fixative in natural perfumes.  

This oil will need to be gently warmed to make it workable.

Blending Suggestions:  Honey, Coconut, Jasmine, Ylang Ylang, Rose, Cedar, Lavender
