Cassia Powder

Scientific Name:  Cinnamomum cassia            

Country of Origin:  China

Cassia is a slender, evergreen tree up to 65 feet high.  It is similar to cinnamon but has more pungent, spicy aroma and sweet flavor.  The bark of the tree is harvested and pounded and the result is Cassia.

Cassia  also one of the ingredients used in the Holy Anointing Oil.
