In the past, fragrances containing violet were highly sought after. However, it is important to note that the scent of violet can potentially result in temporary anosmia.  This absolute is extracted solely from the leaves of the plant and has a green earthy scent. To enhance a "violet flower" aroma, consider incorporating a small dose of Orris Root CO2 Extract.
